Our sale would not be possible without the help of our volunteers.  All volunteers work a minimum of one 4 hour shift.  We also offer a limited number of Key Volunteer positions.  Key Volunteers work a minimum of 16 hours and earn $30 Mommy's Secret Bucks to use toward their purchases!  ALL Key Volunteers must work the Breakdown shift. We also need men for set-up  and break-down (their shifts are shorter!), wives let your husband work and you shop early!

We need a few good women, retail experience a plus, to help tear tags at checkout. If you are interested in the position, please contact Stacy at stacy@mommyssecret.com. You will be required to work a minimum one 8 hour shift on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. If you are not needed at checkout, you may be assigned to do other task. You will earn 70% of your sales. You must apply for this position and only a few volunteers will be needed. Apply early for consideration.

Breakdown Volunteers We have one Breakdown Shift. Breakdown will be SUNDAY. 1pm - 5pm. Work Breakdown and you will be allowed to shop before the volunteers! 
Earns 70% of Sales

Key Volunteers **Limited Number of Positions**
Work a minimum of 16 hours (if you do wish to be a key and our set shifts do not work for your schedule, please contact stacy@mommyssecret.com and she will see if we can accomodate your schedule)
Has to work Breakdown which will count for 4 hours towards your 16 required hours
Earn $30 Mommy’s Secret Bucks to use toward their purchase and Earn 75% of your sales!

Check-out Assistant - This volunteer will be responsible for tearing tags at check-out and bagging to make the process faster.  You will not be responsible for any money!  If you work these positions you will receive your hourly credit. Must work one 8 hour shift -- earn 70%.

Non-Consigning Volunteers
We do offer volunteer positions for those who are unable to consign.  All non-consigning volunteers are required to work two 4 hour shifts (may combine any two 4 hour shift options) Non-consigning may also be a Breakdown or Key Volunteer. For these positions you will need to meet the above requirements with an additional 4 hour shift. (Great for Grandmothers!).

If you do not show up for your chosen shift you will not be allowed to Volunteer in our next sale.

Alternative Volunteer Opportunities

Publicity:  If anyone is able to get us media coverage; TV, Newspaper, Radio etc.  This will count as 4 Volunteer hours..

Flyers to Schools and Daycares: You will be responsible for taking flyers to Schools and/or Daycares from a list that we will provide.  If you would like to distribute flyers please contact our volunteer manager at Stacy@mommyssecret.com.  Please put the area that you are interested in distributing to in your email. We will also entertain areas outside Desoto County (ie Memphis, Senatobia, Arlington, Atoka etc)

You can do any of these volunteer positions to count towards being a Star or Key Volunteer hours.
